Shipping FAQ
How do you pack framed prints for shipping to avoid damage?
All framed prints are carefully hand packed, with cardboard and protected corners and plenty of bubble wrap to prevent any dents or scratches or other damage while in transit. The wrapped framed prints are then shipped in heavy-duty boxes.
Do you offer combined shipping?
Unframed Prints ONLY. We don't send the order until all prints are ready to ship.
Framed Prints: All framed prints are shipped individually and shipped separately from unframed prints.
Please be advised. Due to limitations with our shipping software. When ordering different print sizes in the same order you are limited to two different print sizes per order. If you want to order; one 8x10, one 11x14 and one 20x24 the larger print will have to be ordered separately. You can order multiple prints of the same size within the same order. Please contact support@bigeyegallery.com if you have further questions on multiple sized print orders.
What are your domestic shipping rates for unframed prints?
The rates below are for within the U.S. only. Contact us at; support@bigeyegallery.com for specific International Rates for shipments outside the U.S.
For shipping within the United States, we offer flat shipping and handling rates and use USPS as our primary carrier. All shipments include insurance.

We offer a flat shipping and handling rate. This standard rate is for FedEx Ground:

We do not offer expedited shipping at this time?
We do not currently offer expedited shipping. We are working to change that, so please check back in the near future.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not currently ship prints internationally at this time. We are working to change that, so please check back in the future.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS
Unframed Prints:
We normally ship unframed prints within 6 business days of your completed order; they generally arrive 1 to 5 days after they leave our shipping facility. We email a shipping confirmation once your prints are on their way.
Framed Prints:
Because this work is custom, the process has a slightly longer timeframe. Framed prints will arrive approximately 4 weeks after you’ve completed your order. We email a shipping confirmation once your package is on its way.
What do I do if my order was damaged during shipping?
In the unfortunate event your order arrives damaged, please contact support@bigeyegallery.com as soon as possible to rectify the situation. We require proof of damage via digital photo / snapshot.
Damaged Prints: We'll replace your print as soon as we are notified. However, as all prints are part of limited editions, we can't replace damaged prints if an edition has sold out. If a print is damaged in shipping and the edition has sold out, we will refund your purchase.
Damaged Frames: We will replace the frame at no additional cost to you; customer support will provide a return shipping label for you to return the complete order.
What do I do if my print has a printing flaw?
We work with wonderful artisan printers to make gorgeous, exhibition-quality prints and every print is inspected before shipping. Very, very rarely a flawed print is shipped to a collector; please inspect your print right after it arrives. If you do spot a defect, please contact support@bigeyegallery.com for instructions and we will issue a replacement print within 14 days.
Why is the fee I'm charged for shipping higher than the postage paid stamp on my envelope?
The USPS charge is for postage only. Our charges are for shipping and handling. Handling costs include the cost of packing materials as well as the fees we're charged by the fulfillment house that stores, packs and ships our orders.
